The teachers in my classes affirm to me that we have so many wonderful teachers within our school systems; we just do not give them enough credit for their hard work and dedication.
By working with children, teachers and families from birth through high school, I have had vast experience with a number of developmental issues that teachers face today; consequently, I am able to relate well with teachers. I have also been intricately involved in curriculum, assessment and spiritual development within the educational system.
Haveman's professional experience also includes working as:

- An inclusive educational paraprofessional
- A high school teacher
