Graduate Programs in TESOL

 

The Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages program is designed to equip students with knowledge and skills to teach English in local and international cross-cultural settings. The emphasis of courses in the TESOL program is on practical aspects of teaching and ministry opportunities at home and abroad.

TESOL Graduate Program Options

Master of Arts (M.A.) in TESOL (33 credit hours)

Graduate Certificate in TESOL  (24 credit hours)

Endorsement Program in ESL (22 credit hours)

 

Please Note: The TESOL program starts one time per year each July.

Michael Pasquale, TESOL program director was featured in a recent broadcast of Mission Network News. Pasquale highlights the upcoming 8th annual ESL ministry conference held at Cornerstone University on April 4. This year’s conference theme, “Invitation to Interaction” reflects the unique opportunity churches have to interact with their communities by offering English classes. According to Pasquale, “We want to help churches be more effective and help network with other churches…churches across the board can use this to reach their neighbors for Christ.”
