TESOL Summer Residency
Housing is available for those who would like to stay on the Cornerstone campus while attending the July residency days.
Apartment: Two bedrooms, study desks, twin beds, refrigerator, stove and bathroom (If you choose the single occupancy option, you may be sharing an apartment with one other person.)
Check-in: Sunday, prior to the 3-9 p.m. session at Babcock Hall, located at 1084 Leffingwell, at the west side of campus
Check-out: Friday, last class day by 6:00 p.m.
Linens: Available upon advance request with a $40 fee (2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths, 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 blanket and 1 pillow)
Telephone: A telephone will be provided to you for local calls when requested in advance. For long-distance calls, you must provide your own calling card.
Wireless Internet: Wireless access is available in the apartments.
Air conditioning: All residence-hall apartments have air conditioning.
Cost: $255 for single occupancy, $455 for double occupancy (i.e. spouse or family)
Housing Deposit: There is a $50 housing deposit. Please include this amount with the tuition deposit. The housing deposit will be refunded to you after check-out as long as the key is returned and the apartment is in the same condition at the beginning of your stay.
