Tuition: ($450/credit hour)

Course Fees:

Technology Fee ($35/course)
The university has and will continue to invest many resources in technology for its online programs. The following are included in this fee for online students: Web-based Learning Management System, library support, electronic databases, e-mail accounts, and technology support.

Educational Resource Fee ($140/course)
The educational resource fee is designed to cover the cost of textbooks as well as various costs associated with providing educational resources. These costs include the curriculum guides and supplemental materials, binders, book bags, copyright fees, and sales tax on texts and materials. This fee is calculated as an average cost of materials throughout the program and does not reflect the exact cost per course. The PGS Division views the direct delivery of all resources to the student as a service that is essential to the success of the program. Therefore, students are not permitted to purchase textbooks by other means. Students who purchase or acquire books by any other means will still be charged the educational resource fee.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Different from the Traditional Classroom
You may have experienced learning in a traditional classroom environment. In traditional educational settings, students go to the school campus and locate their classroom where most of their learning occurs. In an online environment, students gather in a virtual classroom. Their learning environment is found on any computer that is connected to the Internet enabling access to their course Web site. This is one of many aspects of online education students find attractive. The idea of not commuting to campus and sitting in a classroom is very appealing, particularly to those who in addition to being a full-time student, have a family, are employed full-time or have other responsibilities that require more time away from home.

Easy Access
Online learning takes place in the context of a web-based Learning Management System (LMS). At Cornerstone University our LMS is Odyssey. The benefit of using an LMS is that all necessary elements for a course including: viewing course materials, communicating with your professor and fellow-classmates, quizzing and grading are all integrated into one location. As with Odyssey, it is easy to use and does not require any advanced computer knowledge; only certain basic computer skills are necessary to be successful as an online student.

Relevant Learning Environment
An online student already has their own unique environment, such as work, family, or local church interaction. Each of these environments contributes to a relevant, practical and individualized online-learning experience. It builds upon the social and circumstantial, daily activity in which the student participates. It is especially important for adult learners to bring learning home, specifically offline. In many ways these all provide a richer learning environment than that of the traditional face-to-face classroom.
The Global Business Experience is an important component of the MBA program at Cornerstone University. This experience creates an environment for students to examine how our world is changing through the integration of economics, cultural, political and social systems across geographical borders. Students will observe the impact of globalization firsthand as they are exposed to the global marketplace.

In a diverse world where religions and cultures collide, commerce is one common denominator that unites us all. The MBA program is an adult accelerated program designed to prepare students to understand business and to become global leaders. It is important that students recognize their mission in the global market, their workplace and how that mission transforms their organization. Students will gain a better understanding of how the MBA program, particularly Business as Missions (BAM), prepares them to compete in the global marketplace.
