Application Information
To be considered for admission, complete each of the following steps:
- Application
The application form is necessary for applying to Cornerstone. It must be completed and returned with a non-refundable $35 application fee (for undergraduate students) or a $40 application fee (for graduate students). This fee is not required for TESOL applicants. Make checks payable to "Cornerstone University Professional & Graduate Studies," or apply now, online with a credit or debit card.
- Transcripts
Complete a Request for Official Transcript form for each college you've attended. Submit the request form to the Professional & Graduate Studies office and they will handle the rest.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for the TESOL program, you must request your own transcripts and have them sent directly to Cornerstone from the issuing institution.
- Letters of Recommendation
If you are applying to a Master's degree program you will need to download the Master's Degree Letter of Recommendation form. The letter of recommendation is a required part of the Master's degree application process.
If you are applying for the TESOL program, you'll need to download the TESOL letter of recommendation form.
Military Papers
If applicable, forward a copy of Military Papers DD214 or DD295 or any other documented learning to Cornerstone University.
Financing Your Education
Investigate your employer's tuition-assistance policy and any other options for financing your education.
Minimum Technology Requirements
Students enrolled in a Cornerstone University program must have access to a computer and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. E-mail and Internet connections are a primary means of participating in courses and are thus necessary, significant contributors to academic success.
